If you have prior Pilates experience and are looking to join our group classes, we recommend starting with our Reformer Foundation and Classic Mat classes if you’ve completed fewer than 20 hours of Pilates.
For those with more advanced experience, our Reformer Intermediate and Advanced, and Power Mat classes will challenge you further. Not sure where to start? Our instructors will be happy to guide you to the right level.

Suitable for: Complete First-Timers
If you’re unsure about starting our trial, Intro to Pilates is the perfect class for you!
In this 40-minute session, we’ll introduce you to basic Pilates principles while giving you a taster of both our Reformer and Mat classes.
It’s a great way to get comfortable with the movements and experience The REIGN Method before jumping into a full class!
