can i share packages with a friend?
Our packages are all about YOU! They’re personalized to each client and can’t be shared, which means we can offer exclusive loyalty rewards just for you—think special discounts and priority bookings—based on your visits and purchases. By keeping track of your unique journey, we’re able to make sure you get the best experience and benefits, tailored to fit your needs perfectly!
package activation
All trial packages will be activated on the date of purchase. Regular packages must be activated within 7 days of purchase, with your package officially starting on the date of your first class. If not activated within 7 days, your package will automatically begin on the 8th day.
refund
Please note that all purchased packages are non-refundable, either in part or in full, under any circumstances. Packages cannot be exchanged for other types of packages, and they are strictly non-transferable to another person.
extension policy
We will extend the expiry date of your package upon receiving your flight itinerary or Medical Certificate via email to team@reignpilates.com.
