cancellation
policy

At REIGN Pilates, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans can change. To maintain fairness and ensure everyone has a chance to attend our classes, we kindly ask for the following:

1. Cancellations Without Penalty

  • You may cancel your class up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty.

  • For example: If you have a class booked at 10:00 AM on 20 November 2023, you must cancel by 10:00 PM on the previous day to avoid losing your class credit.

2. Late Cancellations

  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before your class will result in a deduction of 1 class credit.

3. No-Show Policy

  • Clients who fail to show up for a scheduled class without prior notice will be charged 1 class credit.

4. Private Sessions

  • For private classes, we request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) or no-shows for these sessions will be charged 1 class credit.

late policy arrival

For First-Timers:
For your safety, you will not be permitted to enter the class once it has started. Please ensure you arrive at least 15 minutes early.

This will help familiarize you with the equipment and ensure you feel comfortable and confident in the class.

booking policies
(booking window & limit)

Our group class schedule will be available for viewing 4 weeks in advance. Bookings open daily 15 days ahead, at the class time.

For example, on Monday 2nd December at 12PM, you can book for the week after next, Tuesday 17th December for a 12PM class.

For private sessions, you can pre-book based on the number of sessions remaining in your package. Be sure to renew early to ensure you can continue reserving your preferred time slot.

waitlist
policy

If you are waitlisted for a class and later realize you cannot attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist at least 12 hours before the class start time. This allows us to offer the spot to another client on the list.

If you are bumped up into a class from the waitlist within 12 hours of the class start time and fail to attend, your class credit will be forfeited. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain an efficient and fair booking system for all clients.

client eligibility and decline policy

At REIGN, client eligibility is based on age (typically no younger than 12 years old), health status, and fitness level. For safety and optimal results, we may require a brief consultation for those with pre-existing conditions or new to Pilates. We reserve the right to decline service if clients exhibit unsafe behavior, fail to meet health requirements, or do not adhere to our payment policies. Our goal is to provide a safe, welcoming environment for everyone, and we’re happy to discuss any concerns you may have before booking.

Pregnant clients should only attend our prenatal-specific classes and are not permitted to join our regular-level classes. This ensures a safe and supportive experience tailored to your changing needs. Additionally, those new to exercise are strongly advised to obtain a doctor’s clearance before joining.
